There are all so more specific pieces of advice such as how to stop looking for certain types of foods that really don't help your diet plan (low fat foods etc) and why certain types of fitness exercises that people say you should do actually do not actually burn off any fat at all (and what you need to do in its place). In addition we also liked the parts about low carbohydrate diets being useless in the a long term diet and the reasons why. This cleared up a lot of things for us, and explained why many people don't stick to these sorts of diets programs (because theses types of diet plans are not designed for the long term). Some other useful knowledge is found in eating at restaurants, how to eat foods when you are dining out, without sacrificing your diet plans, and they also mention eating fast food the healthier way! There is also a ton more info ranging from water retention (silent weight adder) right through to some myths about salads, brown sugar and honey, wheat bread and all kinds of other fat piling foods that have led you to believe they are helping you when in actuality, they are making you fatter! Finally, there is a useful section in the guide on alcohol consumption (how to drink it and still maintain weight loss) and a couple more great chapters on eating habits during the day. The diet generating software is also very easy to understand and use. It creates a specific weekly diet plan based on the FatLoss 4 Idiots dieting principles, and what types of foods you prefer. Who is Fatloss 4 Idiots Right for?Without any doubt, anybody that has tried a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat bland dieting routines and found it hard to shift weight should pay a lot of attention to this one. While we are keen on fitness and exercise, there are no real directives and commands for you to go running, swimming or general exercising. The truth is that this plan can be effective even if you just follow the diet meal plan and 10 rules alone. There's nothing expensive to buy or complicated to learn, which we think makes up some of this diet program's unique appeal. Therefore, the program is clearly best suited to casual dieters. People that don't have the time, inclination or money to exercise all day and night and still want to eat "normal regular" foods without feeling left out of the nice good stuff (particularly when your dining out!). Also, when losing weight so quickly, it's can be just as easy to put the weight back on in the future. Therefore, it's recommended that if you do buy this fatloss plan, that you have a stronger motivation to KEEP the weight off in the long term…otherwise you could be kind of cheating yourself and destroy your self esteem and motivation from the constant up and down dieting patterns. In terms of the diet plan itself, although there is now a new plan that was recently added to bring even more food variety, some of the foods can get a bit repetitious after a while. With this said, there's no reason why you can't change things up a bit, but obviously you need to remind yourself that the plans have been specifically created to increase metabolism and lower the fat intake at the same time, so mixing the fatloss plans up too much may have a negative effect. The PositivesThe diet generator makes the entire process easy, with full weekly diet plans based around the foods that YOU choose from a wide variety menu. While some better cooking plans could help the program, the meals are very easy to put together and another positive point is that the meals are all so simple it actually saves you time in the kitchen too! The meals can get a little repetitive after the 4 weeks, but that should give you enough of a head start to see results in the your mirror and really get a good feeling about yourself…knowing that you CAN lose fat without dragging the whole process out or starving yourself! Like all diets plans there is a requirement for you to change your habits in some way to accommodate a new method of thinking towards food. Don't mistake this program for a 3 to 6 month personal training programme, because it's clearly designed for every day people who need to reach their own personal weight loss targets, usually in a short time.
